This Privacy Policy explains how IA Projects, LLC, a California limited liability company ("IA Projects," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects personal data when you use this public marketing website at iaprojects.com and related website interactions.
Please review this Privacy Policy carefully before using the site. By using the site, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, discontinue use of the site.
This Privacy Policy applies only to information collected through this marketing website and related communications, such as inquiries and contact requests.
It does not govern information processed through our products, client-delivered systems, customer implementations, or other services that may be provided by IA Projects, which are subject to separate privacy terms, service terms, or contractual documentation where applicable. In particular, AI Flotilla and Mimir operate on their own domains under their own privacy terms.
This site links to third-party websites not operated by IA Projects, including aiflotilla.com and mimir.sh. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those destinations.
Information We Collect
This site is a static informational page. It contains no contact forms, no account creation, no login, and no commerce functionality, and it does not ask you to submit personal information.
If you choose to contact us using the address published in this policy, you may provide us with personal information such as your name, title, company name, email address, phone number, and details about your inquiry. We also receive the content of any message you send and the date and time you sent it.

Automatic collection occurs through the following means:
- Website hosting. This site is hosted by Vercel Inc., which processes standard server request logs, including IP address, user agent, requested path, and timestamp, in order to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
- Third-party font delivery. This site loads typefaces from Google Fonts. Your browser requests those files directly from Google's servers, which means Google receives your IP address and user agent as part of that request. This occurs on every page load and is not within our control once the request is made.
We do not currently operate analytics software, advertising trackers, or cookie-based measurement on this site. This site sets no cookies of its own.
How We Use Information
We do not rent or sell your personal data to third parties.
We use the information we collect to respond to your inquiries, communicate with you about requested information or potential business relationships, support website-related communications, understand aggregate traffic patterns and referral sources, and improve the performance and usability of the site.
